Well I have just got of the phone again with E-Bay and because I sent it back and he gave a full refund they cant do a thing about it . what I should have done is keep it they would have printed a labile of for me and billed him for it from his pay pall account and I would have printed that label of and sent it back . But because I used roil mail my self there is no way they can make him pay as the case was closed when he sent a refund for the perchance price .

so that's it .

However I think it will be funny if I place an advert offering to sell his sporran with the pictures of it and a link to him and his advert so people can see what they will get if they have his stuff, LOL then ill post a link hear so you can see it and feel free to message me about how crappy it is and ill post the questions and replies. Ill l et it run full term and then send him a link to the add a couple of days before it ends. I think this would be a riot and so funny.

I understand your feelings, Norbo and while you may get some satisfaction from what you propose, I think you need to be very careful. He could invoke legal action for harassment or even defamation. Adding legal costs to your postage loss would not be a good idea.

I once ordered a DVD set from the UK through Ebay, which was never delivered. Communication with seller was excellent until the money was paid. Never heard a word after that. I went through the Paypal resolution system and received all the funds left in the guy's Paypal account. About 5 bucks for a $70.00 item. I discovered later, while looking for the same DVD set at a later date, that it is only available through the product's UK producer, and only available in PAL (European) format. So I bit the bullet, ordered the set and a DVD player which can be programmed for different formats.

It is only defamation if what I say is not the truth and wont say anything that can not be proved by the pictures I will let them speak for them selves.
I will keep asking for a refund until he pays and if he does not he is in for a long list of messages from me . if he doent whant the messages all he needs do it pay me . There is a prisable at risk hear and frankly its not about the £2.80 he ows me ill pay to put up an add every 2 weeks forever if I need to and hope fully cost him lots of lost business.
