    I second Bubba's advise.

If you flashed the crowd, your wife and daughter would be a LOOOOOOOOOONG time forgiving you.

Welcome Glenmac! (I love that name BTW) I would agree with both Bubba and Doc on this one, with only one other point, make sure that they are dark.

Color me convinced. I'm gonna go to the shopping mall for dark unmentionables as soon as the sun gets up. I hate putting things off...
    Thanks

I have a pair of white boxers with big yellow bananas all over it I occasionally wear under my kilt on especially windy days if I am in the mood.

It's funny to hear people screaming that they just saw a banana. Not something to want to hear when viewing a man in a kilt. Causes quite a panic.

I suggest that you go with a "bikini" style in black or gray rather than the "bicycle" or boxer styles - even if you only wear them once. Personally, I plan to dress "authentic". I think I would be less embarrassed flashing a bit of upper thigh than I would underwear. If you have a medium to heavyweight traditional kilt and sporran, it will take a stiff wind or an updraft to reveal any family heritage. Traditional kilts being sewn down at the hips helps.

Good luck with the wedding preps!

    Welcome to the board!

There's a discussion of different kinds of underwear at http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3608.

Best wishes for much happiness to the bride and groom and all the family!
