I am sorry to hear about your back, and I hope the problem clears up soon. Speaking as one who has suffered from back troubles myself, I would very strongly recommend that you see an Osteopath, as GPs tend to prescribe pain killers and tell you to rest it until it recovers. From personal experience, I have found that Osteopaths can often effect a much quicker cure. In fact the last time I had a back problem, my GP actually suggested that I should go to an Osteopath.

Whatever you choose to do, get well soon.

Wow Ham, what an outpouring of support! Five pages already!!

Do hope you feel better soon. Would be wonderful if the doc prescribed a sensual nurturing therapeutic massage...which can do wonders if the therapist is well trained and exacerbate things if not.

And, a hammock would be perfect were it not for the climbing in and clambering out.
