It's been my Go-To kilt for the most part. with summer coming on that may change, however.
Convener, Georgia Chapter, House of Gordon (Boss H.O.G.)
Where 4 Scotsmen gather there'll usually be a fifth.

Does anyone make an Isle of skye kilt in anything other than wool for those of us with less cash to spend?

I saw on Ebay where "Heritage of Scotland" is selling off-the-peg 5 yarders in 16 oz. wool for about $240US. Not a bad price at all for 16 oz. wool. They (Heritage of Scotland) have had some mixed reviews here. But, they supplied my first kilt and I had no complaints.

I've seen a ****-Kilt some place that was Isle of Sky 16 ounce PV.
Where? I can not remember. Start looking through all of the ****-Kilt vendors.

It's been a while since anyone commented when I went out shopping kilted.
Today, however, my IOS started off two conversations, one with an expatriot Scottish gentleman who said if he had known he would have worn his McMillan kilt too and another with a Welsh couple who said how smart it was!
