Well it 73 degrees here in St.Louis and last week we were freezing our you-know-whats off, make you wonder.

I don't understand it, we've always said DC has schizophrenic weather but Mother nature must have really taken her happy pills this week.

Apparently the last good snow we had out here was the year I was born... So it's about darn time we got some snow.

How/why are you familiar with Palmdale?

Reminds me of delivering mail in Toronto back in the early '80s. 38 degrees below [pretty much the same in F or C] and I-have-no-idea-what-the-****-the wind-chill-was...... My hands throb when I think of it.
Had to chuckle. This morning it actually snowed in Vancouver. That's three times this 'winter' [depending on what part of town.]
