Opposite gender? Uh-oh--then some of mine don't count now!

Sorry but even if the wind blows it up there has to be someone to observe it

Kilt check, kilt lift....
Does it count or doesn't it.....
The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind.....
Ok, back to bed...

Not a kilt-check. All it proves is that Grant wears 11 oz-weight kilts.

I consider Grant to be a friend and I always support my friends.
I voted "no".

It really doesn't matter to me.
Hahaha!

I will have to begrudginly admit that it was a kilt lift, however Grant is still in desperate need a kilt check (wet dog noses don't count).

Of course it was a certified, honest-to-goodness kilt check/lift! How could anyone not see that? Plain as day! An invisible maiden passed by and was dazzled by both flowing locks and flowing pleats and just had to take a gander. It couldn't be helped!
(Of course, Grant recently paid me money, so my vote might be suspect...)

Well being from a place where the wind blows cold in the winter. I vote yes, it counts. But is sure ain't like a nice warm hand (or even a cold one seeking warmth).

From a purely semantic viewpoint I must grant Grant with a "lift". It remains to be seen if a proper "check" ever materializes.
Now that I have expanded my personal lexicon, it appears that I have been "Grant-ed" on a number of occasions!
Congratulations Grant. You are now the namesake of an actual event. Your fame enshrined in our corner of cyberspace.
Jock, you caved in too early on the state/province thing. In your original post, you never defined state as a geographical region or mental awareness/capacity. The capital "S" could have been a rare type-o.
