    Re: Customer Service Expectations

    [quote="Riverkilt"snip
    At Rkilt, Robert got ahold of me by email when I was deciding between a leather UK and a leather RKilt. Decided on the UK, then my credit card company upped my limit so I emailed him to ask about a brown Rkilt, but no response in four days...]

    Well that's 'cause it went to my hotmail account and not the Rkilts email address.

    I responded earlier today. I'm usually rather good at responding from inquiries on my main account. However it's been rather busy up here and sorry I missed this one. Since the change of format here on the X forum I also will miss inquiries regarding my kilts as we are all now lumped in one category. I understand the reasoning behind this but it can take time to search all the chat sites and extraneous email accounts when one is busy putting out quality kilts for discriminating customers.
    Again my apologies riverkilt, all the best on your new acquisitions
    cheers
    Robert

    Just got an email response from James at SportKilt today. He's making and shipping a full length Macdonald Tartan Sash...cool...looking forward to getting it.

    All's well that ends well.

    I just posted a pic of my SportKilt with hose in my personal gallery. Made a "fancy" outfit for a remote reservation border town in the canyonlands...wore it to a local concert, "Igor and the Jazz Cowboys."
