Hello all

Looks like all you X-markers had a great time at Ferintosh - my Burns night in Edinburgh was a bit of a washout:

NO tatties with the haggis and neeps;

A MICROSCOPIC dram of whiskey;

TINY portions of food.

The only saving grace was the performance of the "Address to the Haggis" and "Tam o'Shanter" by the current Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Glasgow!

We then retired to the hotel and I didn't get to bed until 2.30 am... a marketing bloke who was at the supper said that from a marketing/PR point of view it was a disaster.

Wish I had been at Ferintosh...!
