Sort of an addendum to my last post. I remember while in the US Navy, getting memo's concerning "The Uniform of the Day" The UCMJ charge of "Bringing disgrace upon the Uniform of the Armed Forces of the United States. (I may have not quoted it exactly, but this is the gist of it. I'm sure about "The Uniform", though.)
