He writes on the History of Scots Irish in America. I bought one of his books and have not been able to put it down. It is called "Legacy" and I recommend it highly.

Is that a Ferguson Britt Sporran? I was looking at those at Matt's tent. I really need one for day wear. My silver Fox is feeling like he is the only one I own.

I think that is a Buzz Kidder. Matt does sell those, too.

Why yes you did. A very classy guy and his charming wife brought them all the way from North Carolina. We are very thankful for his kind gesture.

    Thumbs up

If memory serves me right it is a "Buzz Kidder" I did get it from Matt quite a while back. The sporran belt is a product of me own making

    We sell Buzz Kidder sporrans....
    http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/sporran_cas.html

    And Ferguson Britt sporrans...
    http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/sporran_fb.html

(And others, too, but since these were brought up). All the Buzz Kidder sporrans are in the $60 price range, plus or minus. Be aware that after Stone Mountain we seem to be completely out of black, but we do have brown in stock in a few styles.

Been waiting on a shipment from them of new sporrans for a while now... it might be time for me to pick up the phone again. :-)

Thanks to English Bloke for fixing my pics.
Here are some more from the Friday kilt night at the Celtic Tavern in Conyers, organized by Jim theScot.

The Rabble outside the joint (with a stiff zephyr wafting up a kilt here and there).

    Stepping out on Saturday

Jim the Scot with a kilted younger

Jim (Cawdorian+), Jim (thescot), Roger (JolyStNick), Walt (WClarkB)

    Roger

Cawdorian and his lady friend (cannot read what I wrote down as her name)

    Alberto and Atlanta Kiltie

PLEASE tell me who these people are!

    and these as well

    Beowulf and his Bro, Mike
May you find joy in the wee, ken the universe in the peculiar and capture peace in the compass of drop of dew
