Vehicles are packed (nearly) and we are on our way down. The weather looks to be perfect this weekend.

We will be running some special SMHG only sales at our tent, so please come by for some bargains, including some wonderful deals on kilt hose, our new linen jackets, tshirts, and more!

Well, due to a mistake by our packer, I'm having to readjust my plans for this evening. I'll certainly try to be there in Conyers, but things aren't looking good. Really pushing hard now to be able to get to the Games tomorrow.

    Keeping fingers crossed for tonight!

I should have crossed fingers for myself. As it turns out, about 90% of my family--including all four grandchildren--turned up at my house this morning, so I was stuck putting together a train set in the floor when I should have been at Stone Mountain!

Here is the main attraction: 4 week-old Alexander Everett Killman

    I'll be there tomorrow.

He's been called a "chip off the old block." I'm the "old block!"

We missed you Saturday, Jim, but I see you had a good reason to stay home.

Did you get the train finished?

It was awesome seeing everyone this weekend!

I didn't get too many pictures myself, but I'd love to see some shots from other folks!

What an awesome weekend! After the disappointment of not making the pub night on Friday, I spend two great days at the Games. It was wonderful meeting so many Xmarkers and seeing a Games, American style!

I took only two pics (I forget that the phone has a camera!)

My new favourite band, The Atholl Highlanders, just after seranading the House of Gordon. That's Atlanta Kiltie leading the way.

The start of the Parade of Tartans.

The pipe major of the Atholl Highlanders is out very own Atlanta Kiltie. AKA as my friend, Ben. He is new at the position, and he performed admirably, accepting the courtesy of our other friend, Turpin, when offered a libation at the Gordon tent.

It was awe-inspiring, and both Dixiecat and I were impressed.
