Update
With only a few days left to vote (it ends on Wednesday) and Star is up to a whopping 232 votes!
I don't think we are going to beat the 9 year old cutie but I bet we can make it to at least 250 votes
Here is the link to the photo page (you don't have to sign up, give your email address, or anything). Just click the 5 star rating on Star's photo. She is easy to find on the first page, the girl with the rainbow umbrella next to the distinguished (if not somewhat stuffy looking) fellow with the full whiskers.

One last update before the voting ends tomorrow. The XMTS' Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess currently stands at an amazing... 264 VOTES!!!
Fantastic!
There is still time to vote (hey maybe we could hit 300 or ay least 275 by tomorrow) but in any case Star was really touched by all this support. It meant a lot to her.
I will post the final tally when the voting ends tomorrow
Cheers!

I am doing my best for you Jamie! I just love the statue that Star is leaning on, it sets off her outfit a treat.

Gosh is that you Jamie?
Are you OK? You look a bit off colour.
You are looking a tad anemic there.

Final Results from the Sport Kilt "Show us your Lass II" Photo competition
Looking at all the entries it is obvious that all we lads that submitted a photo are winners to have such grand lasses in our lives!
Here are the final results
3rd Place with 74 votes was a Lady highland thrower in Royal Purple tartan
2nd Place with 279 votes was XMTS' own Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess in the Mcleod of Lewis tartan!
1st Place was the young 9 year old lass in Green Scot tartan with a whopping 378 votes
While Star didn't win a kilt (2nd and 3rd place got $15 Sport Kilt gift certificates) it made her really happy to have all this wonderful support! And she was the top placed adult so that is also something to make her smile.
My sincere thanks to everyone one of you who voted for Star!
Cheers

What a pity. However, the gift certificate is already 30% of a new mini...

Well, I didn't win, but I got a whole $15.00! I'm going to invest in a new Loud Macleod mini for my own 9 year-old daughter. That way, next time around, we can post her picture...
Thanks everyone!
Be well,
