Just looking at those pictures really makes me enjoy the brew so much more. How come I am so thirsty?

That was just fantastic! It's been a whole month since I brewed a batch, so I better get busy. This year was the first I was able to use my hops I grew in my community garden (East Kent Goldings). It makes the whole thing extra special using something you grew yourself, doesn't it? I'll have to try the nut idea. I like how that sounds. And your pictures of the bottling process are spot on - that is the only annoying part for me. I always feel like I'll never be able to stand up straight again after bottling.... Thanks again for sharing.

That was a very cruel thing to do to a guy at work. I'll have to get out my gear from college and brew a batch for Veteran's Weekend. Thanks for the inspiration. O'Neille

Looks good Robertson... knowing my capacity for strong drink, I will be around next summer to help you make good use of all that beer.

    Cheers!

Braver man than I using bleach to sterilize. Nothing but iodaphor for me. But looks great. I love the idea of using nuts. Time to get the gear out and do another batch. It's been way too long.

Thanks for sharing all the pics!

Oh that's just not fair, taunting me with fresh hops! ;)

I can't wait until I can finally quit this city life, start my alpaca farm, and have a hop patch in the back.
