To update everyone, I spoke with the pin maker yesterday and they are going to check on prices and alternate colors of pins. We will not be doing a bright copper one for general circulation, but possibly a shiny chrome version and perhaps a burnished/antique copper for those weatherd and ancient tartans.
I should know something next week. They are going to the Hendersonville Games this weekend and won't be able to get me information until mid next week.
Just wondering Rob is it possible to get one cast in stirling silver. If the jeweller can run them in copper then the mould would more that able to take the heat. Well if they can, how much.
Cheers,
Erin.
