    It really looks nice F-H.C.A.G.

    It seems to depend on the light as to how one perceives the colour but apart from the closeups (perhaps flash makes the difference?) does tend to maroon.

    I like the stars too!

    Brilliant job, but I must confess that I'm disappointed that it is not pink. I think Jamie, out of all of us, could have carried it off. :-)

    Brilliant! Well done and well worn. Makes me not want to give up this hobby.

    Whatever the shade, that is a fine kilt. And yes it does look Maroon in natural light. But pink panache is a better thread title. Artistic License is a wonderful thing.
