Here's a nice one. A bit small but it looks nice. Or this one

This thread seems to have stalled--is the campaign over? It appears the vote is more than 3 to 1 in favor...yet it has been brought out that there are some practical shortcomings (the wilting factor, non-availability of real or artificial specimens). Since XMarks doesn't have a constitution the only real method of adoption would seem to be by usage. So for those of us in favor it is up to us to walk the walk, or wear the wear as it were, and sport our dandelions at gatherings. Or not.

The poll closes on the 20th, the idea was to allow as many people the opportunity to vote as possible. 3 to 1 sounds like a major vote of confidence to me and I can't image on anything like this getting close to 100%.

Still, let's give it another 10 days before looking at the results. To those that haven't participated in the vote I encourage you to do so.

    Cheers

Like the thought of the dandelion as a clan plant.

And as it being a weed - just remember: a rose by any other name would be a weed! (apologies to Shaky Bill)

Actually I can't think of a better symbol than a dandelion
to represent our kiltdom. They live anywhere. Once
established, don't die out. They are attractive and fun
(especially the puffballs). They bloom almost year round.
(I even see them in the snow in the middle of winter
    here.)
