OK, here's the deal.
I realize that a lot of folks from out of town will not care to travel far from the park, but I'll be at the Celtic Tavern in Conyers by about 6:00PM on Friday, and I would love to see a herd of X-ers (and brides, girl friends, etc.) show up. They love it when I gather the "clan" without prior notice. We're usually the talk of the town for a couple of weeks.
You can find the place thusly:http://www.conyersceltictavern.com/
There'l be some kind of live music, plenty drink, and a pleasant, laid back atmosphere where you can sit on the sidewalk and in walk the street if you like.
Let me know if you're coming so I don't leave until you show up.

If any X-marker shows up at the Lamont Tent for the gathering, we will redirect them to the Gordon Tent and make sure they find the rest of the group.
We have always enjoyed hosting you guys.

Well, that's four of us so far. SoutherScot is ging to be there, too.
I'll notify the media and warn the locals to put their cattle away lest we go reiving.

I'll be in Augusta Friday night, but will be at the HOG tent at 1 on Saturday. I'm bringing something special to share with the Rabble, so make sure you're there on time so you'll get your share.

I might be able to make it there with my son before the sponsors' reception.

Hey, this is starting to look like a real party. I even talked the grandson's mother (you know, that lady who delivers him to our waiting arms) into bringing him up dressed in his kilt and new fur sporran I got him. It's a real honey, and he makes it look pretty good.
Here's hoping a few more guys show up. I'll pass the word to Greg (ther new owner) that we're taking over.
