my favorite remark would be one that i got from a police officer right oafter a golf tournament last week. i had just finished the eighteenth hole when a ploice officer walked out of the club house and met me on the deck he took me aside and i thought that i was in trouble or somethin but instead he said that he liked the kilt and hoped that i continued to wear i later found out that he was there to appologize to me for his fellow officer who stopped me a few months ago and gave me a verbal warining of indecent exposure. i thought that this was pretty funny

This afternoon
I'm talking with a couple gilrs I know after a show at Muldoons where my friend Chris Pierce and I were the only ones kilted but he had already left.
A couple comes in and as they walk by the girl says "hey nice kilt, are you one of the Fenians ? "
I said no but I hear they play here sometimes ...
If you've never seen Chris Pierce play drums in a kilt with a horsehair sporran, well you might be lucky ...

We were walking towards my girlfriend's daughter's Girlscout troop to pick her up after a parade. One of the girls who had never seen me in a kilt asked her troop leader loudly, "Why is he wearing a skirt?"
In one voice the entire rest of the troop yelled, "It's a KILT!"
I almost tripped I was laughing so hard.

I've seen both 7N and Young Dubs do acoustic sets in the courtyard there.

So, what had happened with that? I think my temper may have gained the best of me if I had been in the same situation.
