Oh I agree. I've already gotten a swatch from USA Kilts of my tartan. One day, I will order one from there, unless of course Frugal Corner and/or Stillwater increase their tartan line to include it. But you are right, not enough can be said about a custom garment.

One thing I have seen is Sport Kilt has what a tartan under the family name Hunter, which is a clan that shares the same tartan as the Galbraiths. It is in the Ancient version. I may very well get it as well someday after I get a chance to see their material first hand. This will occur very soon because I will be buying a baby Sport Kilt for a friend who is expecting. So, I'll get to see what they use on their kilts. Best part is that this friend, who's name is Stewart, doesn't have the stones to put a kilt on, and constantly ribs me about it. So, I'm gonna kilt his boy the moment he is born.

The only thing keeping me from getting it now is that I've heard mixed reviews on Sport Kilt. One thing I can promise though, is when the time comes where I am going to bring a little one into this world, I WILL be getting him a Galbraith (Hunter) baby Sport Kilt. Start 'em early. ;)
