I have found the Men's Wearhouse to be a terrific source for standard accessories. Besides having good products at a fair price, there is always a sale of some sort going on. They also have taylors on staff and don't mind accepting outside work.
They recently had a two for one sale at which I purchased tuxedo shirts, bow ties, and cuff link sets at a significant savings.
