The coupon code you gave doesn't work with that jacket. According to two different coupon code sites, you can buy one suit at the regular price and get two suits free -- I bet they're nice, too -- with that coupon code. It does, however, expire tomorrow.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

I bought 3 myself last night using those links and that code, and just repeated the process again three different ways including using the links and it still works, but there is less stock available already. If the links don't let you use it try going to their web site josabank dot com and doing a search for "tweed" then looking for the two clearance priced tweed sportcoats. after choosing size, choose color and how many you want and then add to cart. After it is in your cart put the coupon code in the upper right corner, making sure you capitalize the PFD part of PFD93, and you should get half off the sportcoats. I keep trying it and it works fine for me.

Can they really be modified 'easily' to a kilt jacket?
It's such a great deal I may buy one just 'because'-but if it could be modified, at a reasonable price, it would be even better

Do a search on jacket conversions and you should come up with a thread or two. I know that Chattancat has done a few for other xmarkers who have been satisfied with the result. Not sure who else is handy with a needle in regards jackets, though, but the search may help you find out.
I bought at least one (of the three I bought) with the intention of having it converted, but want to make sure the colors don't clash with my kilts before taking the secondary modification plunge. Either way, how can you go wrong with a $64 genuine Harris Tweed sportcoat (I already purchased a couple when they were at a higher price and love them---very comfy and cozy, like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket but only looking better.
