Has anyone heard who's going to be the main attraction at the 30th Anniversary Longs peak festival at Estes park?

It's usually the Tattoo, but I couldn't tell you which bands will be present this year: have you checked the website?

Okay, this is a stupid question, but it's something I've wondered about for a while. Why are those gatherings called Tattoo? What's the origin of that word usage? I'm just really curious and I've never had that explained to me.
