I've often heard that style referred to as "a tartan mess". It definitely stands out in a crowd.

I bought it from one of the vendors at the Central NY Scottish Games a few weeks ago. It was in a bargain bin and I think I only paid $8.00 for it. If my wife can remember the name of the vendor I'll post it in this thread.
