Although Scots did use bucklers... and Scottish crests are typically displayed with belts & buckles... I can see where someone could get confused. :-)

Yep, saw the previews for it last night (1-5-08) cooking up for what I think were military guys (I usually ignore commercials* but happened to catch a glimpse of that red tartan and "Hey ! He's kilted !!!!)

Thanks, I have watched his show many time and had often wondered about this mayself and now I know. This is exactly why I like being here I learn something new almost every day.
