I'm in Bayou Blue. I generally roll my on and lean toward contemporary but I have never worn them out of the yard even though I wear the kilt pretty much everyday.
I've only been in Louisiana about 15 years so I am considered a newcomer.

Actually I'm originally from NC, but spent 8 years in south Louisiana. My wife's from Metairie, and we get down that way at least once a year.

Born and raised about 50 miles from New Orleans. Left there at 19 for the Navy 30 something years ago. Visit occasionally with family still living there.

Miss the food. It's still home.
