Wow! I post a pondering and people are already proposing dates.
This wouldn't even have to be a special interest cruise, although that would certainly be possible. It could just be a group of us all taking the same cruise. If we decided to do something like this, it would be best to reserve things as a group, as you get price breaks by doing this.
I've already got my trips planned through 2008, so that's out. Although one of my trips is a Caribbean cruise in February. If anyone wanted to take the same cruise, it would be fun meeting up with the other kilted gents.

That also works if cost is a factor. More ships sailing that way, we could have the corporate travel guys reserve cabins at all levels of the ship, price could start much lower than an Alaska trip.

Out of economic self interest, my vote would be for a West Coast cruise to Mexico, for less than one week.

Might I suggest one of the smaller cruises that go to Nova Scotia... for obvious reasons.
