Ted
I have several of the Hawick Hose Lewis line from the House of Chevot, and I must say they are by far the most comfortable and attractive mas produced hose I have ever found. I am sure once you wear these you will be back for more. Personally I am in the process of replacing all my hose with them.

I've recieved a few Emails on the shipping and so on of these hose. They're on the way.
I have a thread with pictures of my corduroy jacket. These hose would be closer in color to the jacket than the hose I'm wearing in those pictures. In my mind, when I add the matching waistcoat, the closer color will bring the whole outfit together in a very sharp way.
Looking forward to their arrival.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

They sound like really great hose.

The call just came in, the Lewis hose have arrived. As I explained in another thread, I don't recieve mail and packages at my home. This time I just had the package sent directly to the address of the person who helps me sort through my mail.
I will probably be able to go get them on Sunday, and I will also try to get pictures. I ordered them on Sunday, the arrived today which is Thursday, so about three or four days to get here.
Everything worked out quite well.
