    In Canada, we pretty much do have a day for everybody, by one name or another. That being said, perhaps not the whole population celebrates them, not in the way that Saint Pat's has managed to make everyone "Irish for the day" For example, Tartan Day is mostly celebrated by people of Scottish background and/or affiliation.
