Advice on kilt jacket
I have 3 kilts, and wear one at every opportunity. Awhile ago, I purchased a Prince Charlie jacket and waistcoat, and very much look forward to wearing it to a few, upcoming, formal affairs. I would like to purchase a less formal jacket, so that I could wear the kilt to other, less formal, events. There are a multitude of choices, not only types of jackets, but also vendors. I purchased one of my kilts from USA Kilts, and was very pleased with the quality of merchandise, and the customer service. I would be inclined to purchase from them again; however, I'm on a somewhat limited budget, and their jackets, while I'm sure are of top quality, are a bit pricey. Has anyone had good experience with buying a kilt jacket from another source, especially recently? Also, has the exchange rate with the British Pound, made purchasing from an overseas vendor more attractive? All comments/suggestions are welcome.
