This isn't really about kilts, but more about what kilt-wearing men like to do. Anybody here play an instrument? I'm a cellist myself, and it can be interesting playing in a kilt. I usually slide my sporran over to my hip so that it doesn't cause trouble.

I'm hoping to start wearing a black kilt w/ a tux shirt for my concerts and recitals, if I can get away with it. Not exactly traditional dress, but not what the audience would expect either. I can get away with it though; my college has "Fighting Scots" for a mascot, so several people wear kilts. Just not in concerts...yet.
