Don't be so thin skinned! I still contend that if you aren't prepared for things like this to happen, then you shouldn't be going kilted.

All humor, and I mean all humor has pain involved. If someone isn't hurt in some shape of manner, it isn't humor.

If you wear the kilt long enough, someone will lift it! When (not if) this happens, your own reaction will determine the outcome.

If you have no reaction, and just stand there, the lifter (the person who lifted your kilt) gets the tables turned and he/she is the one embarrassed!

If you make a scene, then they have accomplished what they set out to do, and you are embarrassed.

Either way it can be darn funny.

All my friends know that I go regimental. So if they want to look at my hairy rear-end, fine. And that’s all they will see, because my sporran always has enough stuff in it to keep the front down.

But, is it a joke? Always! Your choice is to determine who the joke is on!
