I have had only one experience with a kilt lifter. I was on an elevator on a cruise ship. Most of you get these young ladies but not me, no, I get a lady of about 95 (but she didn't look a day over 80). She was in a wheel chair and she starts to lift the back of the kilt. Either she was going to check on my under garments or she thought I was an old time camera and was putting her head under the cloth to take a pic. I did not let her do either. The next day on the cruise the bartender gives me a drink I did not order. He said it was from the lady in the wheelchair. Not sure if it was to say she was sorry or if she was hitting on me. No matter, I drank it anyway...
