What is the item with the cords and balls? That is something I don't think I have seen nor do I know what it is or is used for.

Let's see, Ciggs, zippo, notebook, wallet, $$, tripod, tape, breath strips, pen, small knife (replacement for one stolen at the airport!), cell phone, camera, larger lock blade, earplugs, keys - coins still in top flap.

That's about it..... everything fits with room to spare for extra stuff.
