bidders must beware of sellers bidding there own goods up. They can always offer you a second chance offer... so they are able to get as high a price as you bid.
The percentages only applies to bids the past 30 days not the total purchases. The zero must be less than 1% with that very active user. The two with 100% were for (2 bids/1 item) and (6 bids/3 items) respectively from this one seller. That makes sense as McFarkus had posted a list of kilts the seller had posted all about the same size.
I preferred the "old system" where the bidder's identity was noted throughout the bidding process.
