Okay...it got here this past Wednesday but that was the day I was in the hospital so they left the little post office card that I had to go pick it up at the depot. Just got sufficiently recovered to drive over there today...and I was trying to mooch a lift from a friend but nobody was around so I had to pull myself together and do it myself.

I tried it on but the physical problems caused by the surgery are interfering with my really being able to wear it properly...so please don't start about pictures...really...I'll catch up with piccies in a few days when I'm in a bit better shape.

A nice kilt. A few little glitches that I'll elaborate on later but generally very nice. And a great tartan...if the thread of what makes a good Christmas tartan starts up again, I'll have to submit this one...pleated to the red stripe with plenty of green showing...very festive!

Won the ebay auction on November 18th and got all the details worked out with Bob on the 19th...kilt arrived in Chicago December 3...pretty good, eh?
