Couple of real onions, forget the onion soup can/mix, taters and carrots and celery, bay leaf and other assorted spices and a bottle/can of Guinness. . . rump or chuck or even a London Broil. Cook it all day 'til it's falling apart. . . guess what we're having soon!
(but tonight it's the "Peruvian" chicken stew with quinoa, gotta eat semi-healthy most of the time. . .)
