It may just be due to the fact it's coming from out of the country. When I had a kilt sent from Scotland it also was held up in customs with no explenation. It did in fact finally come through, although it did take a while.
I would expect no communication from them. I would imagine you recieved this information through your vender, I would stay in contact with them on it. Good luck.
