Beards and more beards

I am a fan of the Eighteenth century, long-haired gentalman look, including the clothing styles. I am guessing Cynthia likes the stock.
Not sure where beards might fit in that era, though.

Beards dont fit in in that era unless you are reenacting a Russian or Jewish rabbi.

I certainly searched and searched for any definitive documentation indicting beards were even slightly common. There isn't any. People just shaved.
