My black argyle is a made-in-Pakistani garment.

My tailor, who sized it down for me (12" drop), said that the construction was "odd" but well-made (the buttons were hard to access to swap out). Poor guy had never worked on a kilt jacket before... he referred to it as "that military-looking jacket".
