Blaaady typical... I've just splashed out on a good value, good quality (in terms of tailoring) repro British BD jacket to go with my Kilt. Searched for years (literally) for just the right thing before I pounced. Seems I jumped a little too soon, these are US$30 cheaper than I paid a couple of months ago. And at the time of looking, they still have my size in stock... Bugger!!

SPORTSMAN'S GUIDE has an Italian one in large only, for about $30:

I really like the Ike jacket and think it works well with a kilt, just wish I could find one in a 52.

The link Woodsheal posted above shows Ike jackets in sizes up to "52 XL".

Unfortunately, I think those particular Ike jacket reproductions are a little too long for kilt-wearing. The original Ike jacket came in two lengths. One was very short (about the length of a mess jacket), and the other was longer, like the one at Woodsheal's link. It's the shorter one that works best with a kilt.

I plead guilty, but I opted for an M41 Field Jacket. Now, my size in the "Ike" is no longer available, either!
