I stand to be corrected, but the tanker seems to be empty in the picture-----the tractor unit only has one set of drive wheels touching the ground-------I suspect it is going to the Highland Park distillery to pick up a load of whisky to take to the bottling plant in Glasgow, either as part of a blend,or, bottled in its own right as Highland Park.
