Hmmm, I can't really think of a way to make my kilt work as a Halloween costume.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

I suppose it depends on the kilt, but I personally will be handing out candy dressed as Marvin the Martian, with my OD UK Original being the kilt.
