Re: Halloween Costumes
One year I went to a party straight from work where I had to wear a suit and tie and didn't have time to go home and change. When I was asked where my costume was, I hefted my brief case and said "I'm the scariest thing you've ever seen. I'm an IRS tax auditor. Show me your books." It got a few laughs. It was either that or pt on a pair of really dark sunglasses and tell everyone I was a Secret Service Agent.

Re: Halloween Costumes
While I know that some of you are offended by the idea of wearing kilt/Highland related wear as a Halloween costume, I have spent several years, over $1000, and put a lot of hard work and thought into my living history garb, and as a result, can't justify spending money on something else that would be a one-off, so I will going as a late 17th century Jacobite period Highlander. People love my targe- they can't believe it's battle ready until I let them hold it and feel the weight.

You could always claim to be a corporate zombie... My best friend got himself a Nixon mask and a pirate costume one year and went out as Pirate Nixon. Last year, he recycled the mask, and wore a suit instead. I'm not sure which one was more horrific...

I need an "offended person" costume for Halloween.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…
