Ties and kilts

I'm not a fan of that look, nor do I like flashes in the same tartan as one's kilt. Why? Not traditional enough for me

I wear my tartan tie with a regular suit or with a solid colour kilt...

I take the same view.

I do own various tartan ties besides my Ross Red, including Robert Burns Heritage Check (I consider myself a bit of a Burnsian), Hawick District and Teviotdale Districts, Partick Thistle FC, and Glasgow University.

I tend to wear them with Tweed sports jackets/Navy blazer and trousers, and maybe the Burns tie with my gray suits.
