If you mean the low cut boots, I think I know what you're talking about.
I didn't mean to limit the descussion to "cowboy" garb. In fact, I think I should have just asked for styles of the Western US.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
