There had been some talk of getting a chat box set-up on the forum - were that to happen, being able to filter who sees you online by using your friend list could be quite handy. You could also restrict some personal information from your profile (email, phone number, etc.) to friends only.

I'm not much of a fan of reality TV, so I'd much rather a gameshow where people have to guess the thing(s) hidden under some gentleman's kilt - and if they guess it, it's theirs.
