Tempting - I've had the same plate for about 20 years. HP AA ME

That's how this old drunk stays sober - my Higher Power, the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, and my own efforts.

I think we get 7 letters in Arizona too - Maybe SBR KILT for Sober Kilt or RVR KILT

Have a new car en route from the Ford Factory (Escape Titanium). Know the plate I have that's still good until Oct 2013 can be transferred....not sure what the credits are if I change it. But, I do like what I have now.

I have KILTMKR in Maine and know of the same in New Hampshire and California.
When I showed mules in Nevada my truck plate was "Ears2you" and the horse trailer had "24ALPO"

Here in Scotland we are restricted in the way numbers and letters can be sequenced and personalised registrations cost money. I have seen K1LTS on the road which belongs to an Edinburgh kiltmaker.
I just checked the vehicle licensing website a few minutes ago and SP08RAN is still available to anyone who is willing to pay £250.

I knew it was rather expensive anywhere in the EU due to the way the numbers are dealt out, but didn't realize it was that much. How much is a regular registration, for comparison? I always thought Tennessee's is pretty bad, being $90 instead of the standard $25 or so.

In Maine it is an additional $20 each year for vanity plates.

Be glad you don't live in California, we pay through the nose for everything here. $90 is about half what I pay.

Notice the "sky" background. It is the Colorado Tartan.
Well, Livingston beat me to that one! I was going to post this...
