In another thread I debated this very question. In a previous post I stated that I wasn't wealthy and this Inverness cape will have to serve double duty.
I would also say that in Minnesota during January and Febuary temperatures of -20 to -30 are more common than not add a bit of wind and a 10 minute walk outside can become quite cool. :-)
