on we went:
this brewery is one of the oldest in town and already existed during the 30 years war.
It's called "Schlappeseppl". it got it's name from the brewer at the time of swedish times during the 30 years war.
It was his nickname. Seppl meaning little Joseph and Schlappe from him walking with a limp.
