Onwards and upwards then.
On Monday I was digging in the garden making a shingle bed, and expected that the moving of heavy buckets would give me grief, but no, it was when returning the spade to the building that I caught my toe under the doorsill - the nail is now black and the toe still rather tender. The shingle bed is left half done, but maybe next week I will get it finished, just after my 62nd birthday.
As for the expected aches and pains - not a one.
We go on improving.
